I’m honoured to be on the shortlist for this year’s W&A Working Class Writers’ Prize!

This prestigious competition recognises emerging talent from writers who identify as working class.

My story, ‘Narrow Waters’ is the title story from my first book, about the magic realism of an early life lived between the fields and the sea, under the sights of the soldiers’ rifles.
